  1. My vacation destination has code orange, what does this mean for my booking?

Is the travel advice for your vacation destination is code orange and are you leaving within 10 to 14 days? Then unfortunately you cannot go on vacation and your trip will be rebooked or canceled free of charge. You don't receive a refund when you cancel, but you receive a voucher for the value of your travel cost. (see question 6)

 

  1. My vacation destination has code yellow, what now?

Is your vacation destination code yellow WITH restrictions such as a travel ban and are you leaving within 10 to 14 days? Then unfortunately you cannot go on vacation and your trip will be rebooked or canceled free of charge.You don't receive a refund when you cancel, but you receive a voucher for the value of your travel cost.

 

  1. My travel destination has code yellow without restrictions, what does this mean?

If your travel destination has code yellow without extra restrictions such a travel ban then this is good news! Your vacation is happening as planned! Do you prefer not to go on vacation? Discuss with Villa Parcs whether you can rebook your vacation. Canceling is unfortunately not possible.

 

  1. Your vacation cannot take place and you have received a voucher. How does this work?

If your vacation has been canceled free of charge then the already paid travel amount will be converted to a voucher. You will receive this voucher within 14 days after your vacation has been canceled. You don't receive a refund upon cancellation.

 

  1. My travel destination has code red due to corona, what are the consequences?

If your travel destination has code red then this means that travel to and from the destination is not possible. Are you leaving within 10 to 14 days and is your travel destination still code red? Then you unfortunately cannot go on vacation! Your trip will be canceled free of charge or immediately rebooked. You will receive a Corona-Voucher from Villa Parcs for the full value of your travel cost. You don't receive a refund upon cancellation.

 

  1. How long is the corona voucher valid?

The voucher is valid for 15 months starting from the arrival date of your original booking. This means that you have to book a new stay within 15 months after your original arrival date.

    7. Are the ski areas opening in december 2020? 

On 26-11-2020, there have been "noises" that the ski resorts will not open in December 2020. At the moment, a lot is still unclear. Therefore, it has not yet been confirmed by the French ministry that the ski lifts and pistes should remain closed. At the moment, official confirmations and reports from the ministry are still awaited. When this is clear there will be an update on this page as soon as possible.
